The NEW podcast
Having failed miserably at the photo a day 365/2009 project, I have embarked on a more manageable project – one podcast every week until the end of June. I’ll still be doing the EdTech Posse podcast – wouldn’t dream of giving those up – but that’s only one of the podcasts every month. The rest – well, you’ll just have to stay subscribed to find out what’s going to happen. I don’t even know yet!
The working title is the NEW podcast, standing for the Not Every Week podcast. This time around I rambled on about my fear of water and ukulele lessons (I talked about ukulele lessons – I’m not afraid of them). I also threw in some grooving Creative Commons licensed music, specifically:
- Morning Coffee by ManoloCamp; released under CC Attribution, Share Alike license
- My Fair Lady by David Byrne; released under CC Sampling Plus license
- Oslodum by Gilberto Gil; released under CC Sampling Plus license
- Berimbau by Inverted Silence/Jim Kang; released under CC Non-commercial, Sampling Plus license
I hope you enjoy the podcast. If you want to give any feedback or suggestions for future shows, leave a comment here or send me an email at robwall@gmail.com.
Your thoughtful responses
Me tweeting
- My grade 9 students are learning/practicing photographic composition. See their work at http://t.co/c2lkNTDv
- @shareski I think you owe him for all the pictures of his kids you put in them.
- @shareski I thought design mattered.
- @cptteacher Thanks for your comments back to the students. They will be happily surprised to be getting comments from outside school.
- @pstratton08 Exactly my thoughts. And I think that knowing your work is going to be on display encourages students to find good photos.
